(e) ADDITIONAL SIPPORT FOR USE OF GASIFIER TECHNOLGY. – Section1240B(d)(2) for the Food Security Act of 1985 (16 U.S.C. 3839aa-2(2) is amended by adding at the end of the following new sub paragraph:      

 (C) INCREASED COST-SHARE FOR USE OF GASIFIER TECHNOLOGY.—In carrying out this chapter, The Secretary shall promote air quality by providing for a 90 percent cost share for those projects that utilize gasifier technology for the purposes of the disposal of animal carcasses and b-products.
